As you’ve probably seen myself and the other writers here at Gentleman’s Garage love bourbon, but we have a special place on our shelf for Booker’s. Last year we were invited to participate in the roundtable panel and we posted about it on Bromygod.com, it was awesome. Fred Noe did it again this year and invited another set of whiskey lovers to help him create the latest batch of Booker’s called Center Cut.
Tipping the scales at 127.2 proof, Beam’s Master Distiller Fred Noe headed up the tasting panel, and the results are a batch of Booker’s that will likely be in greater demand than any other that is released this year. As always we expect this to taste elegantly enough to pair with delicious food, but still have enough kick to remind you that you’re drinking bourbon.
